free line art

this is an eel kelpie, kelpies are a dangerous mythical water monster that can turn themselves in to a beautiful horse, when unsuspecting humans (usually children) go to touch them they cant let go and the kelpie drags them underwater so it can devour them

rules:
you can use this for whatever you want (to sell adoptables, gifts, or for personal use). you may also make any changes to the line art that you want to make.
however you must credit me in the description and leave me a link to your deviation below (I would really like to see it ).
you cannot sell the blank line art, it is meant to be free for everyone


I am sorry if you cant get this to work on the program that you use, I don't know how to make this suitable for other programs. however you can defiantly use this in GIMP (a free art program that is similar to Photoshop - you can download it free from here www.gimp.org/downloads/). you put this on one layer then colour it in on an upper (slightly transparent) layer. or failing that you could print it off and colour it in manually.
